The National Association of Women in Construction is an organization that provides its members with opportunities for professional development, education, networking, leadership, training public service, and more.
Through events such as this golf tournament, NAWIC can fund scholarships and other educational opportunities for young ladies studying construction and related fields. By enriching our scholarship winners' education through innovative programs, we are building a successful future for women in our history.
We invite you to join us as a sponsor for this year's tournament! You will be promoting your company to a loyal group of professionals within the construction industry, as well as our local Tidewater Community. Companies like yours make education possible for scholarship winners that may not otherwise have the same opportunities, and for that we are forever grateful! Tournament is Top Contender Format
CASH PRIZES WILL BE A WARDED FOR:
1ST, 2ND, & 3RD Place, LONGEST DRIVE, CLOSEST TO THE PIN
LONGEST DRIVE:
Maximum of 218 yards
(considering accuracy and the zone the player hit; which would be the trench target) Tie Breaker will be how high up the ball hit the net.
CLOSEST TO THE HOLE:
Try to land as close to the hole as possible. Distances from the pin on each hole will be totaled, so the lowest score wins! Shots into the rough or a hazard are penalized, so hit them tight!
