Have you heard of Virginia Technical Academy?

At a 2020 chapter meeting we had the founder of Virginia Technical Academy, David Gillespie, speak to us about skilled labor in the trades and what his school has to offer.  This sparked the interest of our chapter members and we saw the impact that this academy can and will have on our industry.  It is our belief that academies/programs like this are how we are going to close the skills gap and we are wholeheartedly behind it!
